• We collect only the information you provide in the form: your email address, a subject, and your message
• The Contact Support form is processed by Formspree, a form service that receives your submission and forwards it to our support inbox under its own privacy policy
• You can skip the form and email us directly at support@ktforge.dev
• We use your email address only to respond to your inquiry. We keep the conversation as long as needed to resolve it and to keep a record of the request
• We share contact information only with the service providers that deliver it to us (Formspree and our email provider). We do not sell it or share it with advertisers
• We do not add you to mailing lists without your explicit consent

MyRouteBuddy Email Preference Page

The page at ktforge.dev/myroutebuddy-emails.html lets MyRouteBuddy users resubscribe to the optional MyRouteBuddy weekly email after a full unsubscribe. It embeds a sign-up form from Kit, our email provider.

• When you open the page from the app, your account email may be prefilled from the link. The address is removed from the page URL before the Kit form loads, and you can edit it
• Your address is not sent until you submit the form. Submitting sends it to Kit, which sends you a confirmation email before any weekly email is delivered
• Kit may record that the form page was visited under its own privacy policy
• Using this page does not change your app account, routes, or paid subscription. See the MyRouteBuddy Privacy Policy for how weekly emails work

Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services:

• Netlify hosts and serves this website. Like any web host, it may process standard request data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the service
• Google Analytics and Firebase (for website analytics, only with your consent)
• Formspree (processes Contact Support form submissions)
• Kit (provides the embedded MyRouteBuddy email preference form)
• Font Awesome and Google Fonts (icons and typography, loaded from their servers, which receive your IP address to deliver the files)
• Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy
• No data is shared with advertising networks or data brokers

Our Applications

Our mobile apps (Habit Tracker: Pro and MyRouteBuddy) have separate privacy policies:

• Each app has its own dedicated privacy policy with specific details
• Depending on the app and the features you use, app data may be stored on your device and, when you sign in, in cloud services such as Google Firebase. The app policies explain what is stored where
• In-app purchases are processed securely through Apple's App Store
• Visit individual app pages for detailed privacy information

Mobile App Analytics & Advertising

Habit Tracker: Pro and MyRouteBuddy use Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics 4 to understand which features are helpful, measure performance and stability, and improve the apps over time. Some aggregated analytics data may be used with Google Ads to measure campaign performance and build non-identifying audience segments where supported.

• On iOS, you may see an Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt the first time you open the app; you can choose whether tracking is allowed.
• You can change your choice any time in iOS Settings (tracking/ad permissions) and in your Google account Ad Settings for Google Ads personalization.
• No sensitive personal data (like passwords, calendar text, or habit/route notes) is sold or shared with advertisers; analytics focuses on usage patterns and engagement.
• The core functionality of the apps continues to work even if you decline tracking; only personalized ads measurement may be limited.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:
