Information We Collect

What we collect depends on how you use the app.

Guest use. If you use the app without signing in, your content is stored on your device. The app may create an anonymous account identifier so guest mode can operate and stay secure.

Signed-in accounts. If you sign in, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, and profile image, as provided by your sign-in provider
• Your sign-in method and account identifier
• The content you choose to sync

Leaderboard. If you join the leaderboard, your chosen username and ranking statistics may be visible to other users.

Subscriptions. We receive an account identifier and your purchase status. The app store handles your payment details, and they are not shared with us.

App and device data. We may also collect app and device identifiers, feature interactions, app and device information, installation attribution, support messages, and optional diagnostics.

AI suggestions. AI suggestions are available only to Premium members. Free users do not have access to this feature. When a Premium member requests a suggestion, the habit or appointment details they choose to submit, along with the limited context needed to respond, are processed by a cloud AI service. The app does not automatically add a member's name, email address, account details, payment information, or unrelated app data to that request.

How We Use and Share Information

We use information to:

• Operate and secure the app
• Sync accounts and manage subscriptions
• Provide optional AI suggestions and leaderboards
• Respond to support requests
• Improve reliability and understand how the app is used
• Measure our campaigns, where permitted

We share only the information needed with the service providers that support these purposes. They are required to protect that information in line with this policy, applicable contracts, and applicable law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not show third-party ads in the app.

On iOS, App Tracking Transparency controls whether identifiers may be used to measure activity across apps and websites owned by other companies. You can decline this permission or change it later in iOS Settings, and the app's core features keep working either way.

Retention and Deletion

Content from a signed-in account is stored in our cloud services while the account is active. We or our service providers may keep limited service, security, support, analytics, AI, and transaction records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the app, prevent abuse, fulfill requests, and meet legal obligations.

You can delete your account and its active user content from our cloud services with Delete account in the app. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. Limited records may remain where they are needed for security, transactions, legal obligations, backups, or service operations.

Deleting the app or signing out does not delete a signed-in account or its cloud data. If you cannot use the in-app deletion option, contact support@ktforge.dev.

Your Choices

• AI suggestions are an optional Premium feature. Premium members can turn them off in the Theme tab.
• Leaderboard participation is optional.
• You can decline tracking permission.
• You choose whether to send optional diagnostics with a support request.
• You can contact us for help with your information at any time.

Children's Privacy

Habit Tracker: Pro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. When we do, we will post the revised policy here and update the date at the top of this page.
