Service Description

HabitTracker is a habit tracking application for iOS devices that helps users build and maintain daily habits using the "don't break the chain" methodology. The app provides both free and premium features.

Free Features Include:

• Track one (1) habit
• Visual calendar with streak tracking
• Basic progress statistics
• Local data storage

Premium Features Include:

• Unlimited habit tracking
• Advanced progress analytics
• Monthly progress reports
• Priority customer support

Subscription Terms

Subscription Options:

• Monthly Premium: $4.99/month, renews monthly
• Yearly Premium: $29.99/year, renews annually (50% savings)

Payment & Billing:

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iOS device settings:

• Open iOS Settings
• Tap your name at the top
• Tap "Subscriptions"
• Select HabitTracker and tap "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Not share your subscription access with others
• Maintain the security of your device and account

You agree not to:

• Use the app in any way that could damage or impair the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
• Distribute, sell, or transfer your account to others
• Use automated systems to interact with the app

Data & Privacy

All your habit data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, access, or transmit any personal habit information. For complete privacy details, please review our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for backing up your data. We recommend regularly backing up your device through iTunes or iCloud to prevent data loss.

Service Availability

We strive to keep HabitTracker available and functional, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice to users.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KT Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where KT Forge operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of HabitTracker will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of HabitTracker after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

Apple App Store Terms

Your use of HabitTracker is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service and App Store Review Guidelines. In case of conflict between these terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail.

Apple is not responsible for the app or any claims relating to it. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app.
