Service Description

Habit Tracker: Pro is a habit-building and scheduling companion for iOS that helps you create routines, track streaks, and stay consistent. The app includes habit reminders, progress analytics, leaderboards, and AI features that help refine habits and plan appointments.

The free experience is limited to one habit. Premium unlocks unlimited habits and advanced features.

• Reminders and smart notifications
• Progress analytics and consistency metrics
• Appointments system for scheduling
• Optional global leaderboards

Premium Features (Subscription):

• Unlimited habits and advanced analytics

License Grant

KT Forge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Habit Tracker: Pro on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with this EULA and applicable App Store rules.

You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the app, nor may you copy, decompile, or reverse engineer it except as permitted by law.

Subscription Terms

Subscription Options:

• Monthly: $4.99/month after a 3-day free trial
• Yearly: $29.99/year after a 3-day free trial

Pricing and availability may vary by region and are shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.

Prices are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of purchase in the App Store.

Trial Terms:

New eligible subscribers receive a 3-day free trial on Monthly and Yearly plans. You will not be charged until the trial ends. The subscription automatically converts to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple.

Payment & Billing:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iOS device settings:

• Open iOS Settings
• Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)
• Tap "Subscriptions"
• Select Habit Tracker: Pro and tap "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Not share paid access with others in violation of your plan
• Maintain the security of your device and account

You agree not to:

• Use the app in any way that could damage or impair the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
• Distribute, sell, or transfer your account to others
• Use automated systems to interact with the app

Data & Privacy

Habit Tracker: Pro is built with privacy first. Your data stays on your device unless you choose to sync. You can use the app anonymously, or sign in with Apple, email, or Google to sync across devices over encrypted connections. Leaderboards are optional and do not require personal details. AI requests share only the text you provide and minimal context needed to generate a response.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Habit Tracker: Pro available and functional, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice to users.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KT Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this EULA or your use of Habit Tracker: Pro will be resolved in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new EULA on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of Habit Tracker: Pro after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.

Apple Notice

This EULA is between you and KT Forge, not Apple. Apple is not a party to this EULA and has no obligations to provide maintenance or support services for the app. Any claims relating to the app are the responsibility of KT Forge, not Apple.

You acknowledge that your use of the app is also subject to any mandatory terms required by Apple for licensed applications distributed through the App Store. To the extent such mandatory terms apply, this EULA does not modify or limit them.

Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and, upon your acceptance of these terms, will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
