Service Description

MyRouteBuddy is a route planning and navigation assistant for iOS devices that helps drivers and couriers organize multi-stop routes. The app includes route optimization, stop management, progress tracking, and navigation handoff, with both free and premium subscription options.

Free Features Include:

• Add up to 5 stops per route
• Drag-to-reorder stops for optimization
• Mark stops as complete to track progress
• Navigation handoff to Maps or Waze
• Local data storage on device

Premium Features (MyRouteBuddy Pro):

• Unlimited route stops
• Priority customer support
• Future: Advanced route analytics and AI-assisted optimization
• Future: Time estimates and traffic integration
• Early access to new features

Subscription Terms

Subscription Options:

• Monthly Premium: $19.99/month with 3-day free trial
• Yearly Premium: $99.99/year (no trial) - Save over $130 compared to monthly

Trial Terms (Monthly Plan Only):

3-Day Free Trial: New Monthly subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. You will be charged $19.99 on day 4 unless you cancel before the trial ends. To cancel, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and cancel before day 4.

No Trial for Yearly: The Yearly plan ($99.99/year) does not include a trial. Payment is charged immediately upon purchase.

Payment & Billing:

Monthly Plan: After the 3-day trial, you will be charged $19.99/month. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Yearly Plan: Payment of $99.99 is charged immediately upon purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current year.

All payments are handled securely by Apple via your iTunes Account. We do not store or see your full payment card details. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to Account Settings after purchase.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iOS device settings:

• Open iOS Settings
• Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)
• Tap "Subscriptions"
• Select MyRouteBuddy and tap "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Not share your subscription access with others
• Maintain the security of your device and account
• Use the app responsibly while driving (pull over to interact with the app)

You agree not to:

• Use the app in any way that could damage or impair the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
• Distribute, sell, or transfer your account to others
• Use automated systems to interact with the app

Data & Privacy

Your route data is stored locally on your device by default. Optional account sync (via Google Sign-In or email) allows you to securely sync routes across devices using Firebase. We collect minimal analytics (crash logs, usage patterns) to improve the app. For complete privacy details, please review our Privacy Policy.

The app may use analytics and advertising measurement tools (Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads) to measure and improve the service. Details are described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

You are responsible for backing up your data. We recommend regularly backing up your device through iTunes or iCloud to prevent data loss.

Service Availability

We strive to keep MyRouteBuddy available and functional, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice to users.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KT Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of MyRouteBuddy will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of MyRouteBuddy after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

Apple App Store Terms

Your use of MyRouteBuddy is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service and App Store Review Guidelines. In case of conflict between these terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail.

Apple is not responsible for the app or any claims relating to it. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app.
